GASKIN V. COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION DECEMBER 21, 2004

The Gaskin settlement comes after 10 long years of efforts and insistence for the rights of children with disabilities. The purpose of the pursuit is to include disabled children in the regular education classrooms with non-disabled children. Pennsylvania agrees to change!!
